Yeah...didn't go to the gym for two weeks. Schade, schade. I went today, and damn, did my absence take its toll. I had to cut it a bit short due to Momo having a doctor's appointment, but I don't think I could've done much more anyhow.
-5 minute treadmill warm up
-1 set, 10 reps, 70 lbs leg extensions
1 set, 10 reps, 70 lbs leg curls
-10 minutes on rowing machine
-2 sets, 10 reps, 85 lbs lat pulldowns
Boo! Hopefully will do more tomorrow.
